McGovern's On The Water of Fall River, Massachusetts is located right next to Killarney Lake. The main function room is divided by 4 arches, with a large dance floor on one side and all the tables on the other. The food is quite good and at the event featured below, the lights were dimmed, some fast paced music was played and flaming desserts were whisked into the room by a parade of servers...something you don't see everyday. There's lots of parking and a gazebo for wedding ceremonies.
