Wedding Uplighting is the art of painting with light to create a truly magical background for the most beautiful and well planned day of your lives together as a couple. Uplighting brings your wedding to life. Dresses, flowers, linens and the entire room will all work together to create an inviting and entertaining space.

Using DMX technology, the lighting fixtures can be programmed to change colors simultaneously, or in different patterns or with special effects. We offer a rainbow of colors for you to choose from. You may have a static color throughout the event or we can gently fade from one color to another. We can even make the lights pulsate to the beat of the music once the dance floor opens.   

These LED fixtures do not produce the heat common to traditional spotlights. Running cool, they can be safely positioned anywhere.

Unlike most others who offer Uplighting services, we employ wireless DMX transmitters. That means that you'll get a neater, cleaner set-up and you'll never have to worry about stepping on or tripping over wires that have been duct taped to the floor.

Wedding Cake Spotlights


Oftentimes a wedding cake is more than just dessert. Like fine art, a wedding cake can be carefully created to be a thing of beauty and special meaning.  After you've invested a tidy sum of your time and money into a one of a kind wedding cake, it would be a crime to place this captivating confection in a dimly lit corner of your function room where it cannot be truly appreciated by you and your guests. Many venues don't have proper lighting installed to adequately highlight these special creations, but we have the solution.

Here are some basic effects that are achievable with uplighting: 

Washes of Color
Our most popular effect is to provide washes of color or colors around the room. They can either be set to a static color or fade through colors at varying speeds. You may want a static color as guests arrive for social hour and dinner. Then the lights can be synchronized to slowly fade from color to color when the dancing begins.

Dance Lighting
LED's can quickly fade through a number of colors, strobe or change to the beat of the music.  This effect adds great energy to the dance floor!  

Under Table Lighting
This effect can look really great with a bar or the head table. Having white linens surrounding the table and placing a light or lights inside the table can add washes of color to the physical table in the room and look really neat. This is a wonderful effect for the cake table also.  

Architectural Uplighting
Uplights are placed on the floor to shine up walls, columns, draperies, fireplaces or outside behind trees and other props to give that extra appeal. Lighting up the exit of the room or venue can be a nice effect for the photos at night time.

High Energy Dance Floor Lighting

Want to spice up the energy on your dance floor? Then add a dance floor light show! It's the most effective and least expensive "mood enhancer" available. Lighting adds excitement to the atmosphere with beams of colored light moving about the dance floor. Gene Simmons of KISS fame (maybe not the best guy to quote, huh Mom?) made a profound statement when he said, "People hear with their eyes." Can you imagine how different the atmosphere at a KISS or other concert would feel, if they didn't feature any lighting? (Yawn!) It's the same thing at your venue. If the dance floor is only illuminated by the house lights, fixtures that were only meant to allow you to see, not to enhance the mood of an event, then something will definitely be missing. Dance floor lighting is one of the most important tools in our arsenal that we use to add energy and excitement to your dance floor.
